I had an issue with extended warranty coverage and the gentleman who assisted me made multiple calls and invested time resulting in a very satisfactory outcome . In my experience it is rare in this day and age to have that kind of dedicated assistance in auto dealerships .

Great customer service
New owners have a challange. I'm glad they are EV repair certified. Hope they are able to get their Level 3 charger working. One area of improvement would be updates on service. My car was there for a month. Maybe a text message system would help.

My experience at Shepherds was actually the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Jeremy was very thorough and went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle. Every time I went in, if I had to wait, I was met with multiple asks of if I had been helped. I was offered drinks and snacks while I waited and so were both my children. Everyone was very polite and filled with smiles.
Ian was AMAZING! I stopped by over the weekend to browse inventory & he found me EXACTLY what I wanted! Service was fine fixed in a timely manner but the price is insane. I called around town and the few places that quoted me the same labor and parts was significantly cheaper. But I couldn't take it there as it would cost me $160 just for the diagnostic for some oil leaks. I'll leave the picture of my receipt.
